Bendigo Kangan Institute (BKI) has fast tracked a cutting-edge qualification designed to prepare students to lead digital transformation across industries – in a first for Victoria’s TAFEs.
The Advanced Diploma of Digital Innovation was developed in just four months by BKI as part of a new initiative aimed at empowering TAFEs with delegated powers to self-accredit new qualifications to meet skills needs.
BKI was one of three institutions selected nationally to participate in the Australian Skills Quality Authority’s (ASQA) landmark Delegation of Course Accreditation Pilot.
BKI successfully developed and accredited the Advanced Diploma of Digital Innovation through collaboration with leading organisations including Microsoft, AWS, Coles, The National AI Centre, Versa and education partners.
Their insights ensure the qualification is aligned with current and emerging taskforce needs and able to equip professionals with the strategic, creative, and technical capabilities they need to lead tech-enabled transformation in any sector.
