Kangan Institute will soon be helping to build skills within China's Fujian province through a new cooperative agreement signed with Fujian International Business and Economic College to deliver the dual qualification in Diploma of Accounting and International Trade. The agreement was signed on 7th March 2013 by the College's President Huang and Kangan Institute's Client Services Group General Manager Kelly Townson who visited the province with Director of International Projects - China Dr. Ho Sum Chan. The signing was followed by a special visit to the college by the Vice Governor of the Province, Madam Chen. "This partnership is a key step towards enhancing our educational ties within the region and we're looking forward to working collaboratively with Fujian International Business and Economic College to help build skills and knowledge of their students," said Kelly. "Most particularly it is a very special and rare occasion for the Vice Governor of the Government to visit and it signalled not just the Chinese Government's support for international education programs but also the recognition of Kangan Institute to deliver in the province of Fujian." Delivery is expected to commence in September 2013.
