Project Management

Our expertise covers large and small-scale training projects both on-shore and off-shore.

We have managed successful projects for private and government organisations, as well as large aid agencies such as AusAID and the Asian Development Bank.

Customised Training, including Course Design and Delivery

We work closely with our clients to ensure their training needs are met in the best possible way.

Existing courses may be used, or they can be customised to suit the client's particular needs. Alternatively, we have the capability to devise entirely new courses.

Our trainers are highly qualified and up-to-date with current educational and industry requirements. Among our staff are experts in the development of curriculum and learning/teaching materials, which can be delivered traditionally or in flexible modes.

Competency-based training and assessment methods are an integral part of our training and development services.

Study Tours

We are able to arrange short-term study tours in Australia to suit particular groups.

We have conducted many successful study tours ranging from English language tours for students, through to specific areas of study for professionals, such as the transport industry in Melbourne or the vocational education and training sector in Australia. Accommodation, transport and sightseeing may all be packaged and arranged as part of the study tour.

Training Needs Analysis

Highly experienced trainers in specific industry areas are able to assess your workplace requirements and the skills of your workforce to provide training needs analysis as the basis of your future training plan.

Language and Literacy Assessments

Our English language trainers are widely experienced both locally and internationally. They are also skilled in language assessment procedures, which is essential for the provision of appropriate language programs.
