Kangan Institute’s Certificate III in Patisserie students are putting on a series of afternoon High Teas at Richards Restaurant, with bookings now open to public.  

The High Tea sessions will feature a delectable selection of cakes, chocolates and traditional ribbon sandwiches all created by students and served alongside a wide range of coffee, teas and hot chocolate.

“These High Tea sessions are great opportunities for our students to get some real-time work experience and showcase their culinary skills,” said Kangan Institute’s hospitality manager Shawn Vlaeminck.

“It’s also a chance for our local communities to show their support for our talented students and we’re looking forward to seeing members of the public with their friends and family joining us on these special afternoons.”
